The job starts before the wedding day, as it requires some preparations. Claudia, our leading wedding planner&coordinator, visits the venues chosen for the ceremony and the reception for a careful inspection; she also checks all the itineraries and the time it takes to cover them.
She then contacts all the suppliers involved to verify their necessities and the time they need to execute their services: this helps her create a timeline of the whole event that takes every aspect and every timing into consideration. She shares this timeline with the couple and with all the vendors, so that everybody will perfectly know how the wedding day will take place.
On the wedding day, she is present with all her team from the arrival of the first supplier till the end of the reception party. They check all the places (the bride’s and groom’s houses to see how their preparations are going, the place of the ceremony and the reception venue) and the progress of the vendors’ job.
At the reception venue, they prepare all the accessories they have brought (such as seating plan or escort cards, place cards, table numbers and so on), or, in case these accessories have been prepared by others, they check them to make sure everything is ok.
If it is necessary, Claudia takes also care of all the paperwork about SIAE, that is the Italian copyright collecting agency, for the taxes to be paid for music entertainment.
Once the wedding has started, Claudia’s assistants receive and welcome all the guests and help them find their places, and with other things like the guestbook or the photobooth.
